Collect ‘Em All Cards wants to ensure that all your goods arrive in the condition that they were intended to be received in. We understand how important both the cards inside a pack and the packs themselves are to our customers and want to make sure that everything arrives as pristine as possible.
Although we try and package our products as safely as possible boxes can still be damaged in transit, we understand you would be frustrated to receive a damaged box and will offer all the help we can to resolve the issue. If customers receive a box that seems damaged without it being opened, we ask that you take photos and keep the box in the condition that it has arrived in and email us at [email protected] to begin the refund claim. Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the goods to be eligible. Damaged items does not include misprint cards in which the manufacturer has printed the card incorrectly.
Change of Mind
We advise that customers are certain they wish to receive the goods they order as we do not normally give refunds for change of mind. If a refund is granted via a change of mind, customers will need to pay the return shipping fees.
Customers will be eligible for refunds if: The goods are faulty/damaged, have been described incorrectly or do not perform as advertised. Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving the goods to be eligible.
Customers who receive a refund will receive their refund for the price of the items. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable except where an order was cancelled before shipping occurred.
Receiving incorrect items
While we try our hardest to get all our orders out quickly and safely sometimes we may make a mistake and send you the wrong item. If this happens please email us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving the wrong item. We will do our best to get the items swapped around to ensure you get the item you originally purchased at no extra cost to the you.
If an order has not yet been dispatched customers are able to cancel their orders and receive a full refund. If an item has been shipped but not received and you wish to cancel the order still get in touch so we may try and work something out.
After a successful refund, customers will have the option to either receive their money back through their original payment method, or exchange for items of equal value.
This returns policy is subject to change at any moment. Although any changes will most likely be minor, Collect ‘Em All Cards encourages users to frequently check this page for any changes that may occur. Your continued use of this site after a change will constitute your acceptance of said change.
